To install your Magspots first remove the clips that attach the struts to the panels. These are small circular wire clips that rotate free then slide out. BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOOSE THESE SMALL CLIPS. Remove the clips on both struts. They will stay attached without the clips.

Pop the stut off the stud. This make take a little quick force to pop off and be CAREFUL to support the panel so you do not scratch it with the strut end. Rotate the strut to inside the bed of the truck. You may need to slightly compress the strut to clear the frame.

Remove the locknut from the strut mounting stud. I used a piece of tape to protect the powdercoat from the head of the ratchet.

Place the MagSpot onto the stud then reinstall the locknut. (this is a tight fit and may need to be threaded on.

Tighten the nut onto the stud until it is just snug. Adjust the MagSpot to be parallel with the panel, then tighten fully.

Congrats you are done! Repeat for the other strut, then reinstall the struts in the reverse order as you removed them. For fine tuning depending on the accessory you are using you can bend the tab slightly if needed. If you have questions of issues please feel free to contact me via josh@jedf.us
